What I Read Instead.

Earlier I posted something I wrote for my sister’s wedding, something she had asked me to do. The thing I struggle with most, exacerbated by both anxiety and M.E., is crippling self doubt (not a sympathy vote) and I bottled it.

I’m a huge fan, particularly in this current turbulent chapter of my life, of serendipity. Almost every day for the past week or two, Deezer’s FLOW feature has played the same song, at various points in the playlist; a song that resonated when Emily and I started dating, with lyrics that poetically sum up my understanding of marriage.
